Rexford is a design studio first. We resolve your project on paper, produce documents any builder can build from, and stay accountable to the design through construction, whether that's your builder or ours.
We set the timeline up front and hold it, through design milestones and permit submission. When clients add construction management, the same discipline runs the site.
Every finish, fitting, and detail is specified on paper before construction starts. The design studio resolves the hard decisions up front, so the site team isn't making them on the fly.
