Rexford Interiors

Interior design for renovations,
full custom homes, and
builder-ready finish packages.

One studio, one process: whether you're renovating a single room or specifying finishes for an entire development.

The Rexford difference

Our interiors studio sits beside our drafting table, so every design decision is grounded in how it's actually going to be built.

Millwork is drawn. Lighting is planned. Finishes are specified on paper before a single trade is booked, whether that's one kitchen or an entire building. That process is what keeps projects on schedule and finished spaces looking the way they were designed.

What we offer

Three ways to work together.

Concepts, material palettes, and finish selections are developed at the same desk as the drawings, so what you approve is what gets built.

Full-Service
Interior Design

Complete design direction from concept to installation. We work with you at any stage (from early material selections alongside architectural plans, through to finished-space styling) with documentation your builder can actually build from.

  • Space planning & layout
  • Material & finish selection
  • Custom millwork design
  • Lighting design & specification
  • Furniture selection & sourcing

Select Room
Design

Design for a single space (a kitchen, a bathroom, a primary suite) without a full-home commitment. Layout, material selection, and finish specification scoped to the size of the renovation, with drawings your contractor can work from.

  • Kitchen & bath renovations
  • Layout & material selection
  • Custom millwork & cabinetry design
  • Finish specification

Builder &
Developer Packages

Interior finish packages built for scale: spec homes, multi-family, subdivisions, and highrise construction. Developed alongside your architectural drawings, so kitchens, baths, and built-ins are resolved before permits, with selections that hold consistent whether you're building ten units or two hundred.

  • Finish schedules & selection tiers
  • Kitchen & bath design by unit type
  • Built-in & millwork drawings
  • Fixture specification at scale
  • Show suite & model unit design

Styling and move-in installation are available as an add-on to any project.

How it works

Considered, from first meeting
to final styling.

I.

Discovery

We start with how you live, what you love, and what the space needs to do. Budget and timeline are on the table from day one.

II.

Concept

Design direction, material palettes, and space planning take shape. You see the vision before anything is ordered.

III.

Specification

Every finish, fixture, and detail is documented. Millwork is drawn, lighting is planned, and your builder gets drawings they can build from.

IV.

Styling (add-on)

For clients who want it, furniture, artwork, and the finishing layer are installed and placed. The space is handed over complete, not almost done.

Selected projects
