Sam Wiebe

Over 20 years building across agricultural, commercial, and custom residential sectors, where engineering principles meet thoughtful design on every job.

Sam grew up on a large commercial farm, where he developed early expertise in equipment, tools, and business operations under his father's guidance. He graduated from the Carpentry Program at the University of the Fraser Valley in 2005 and subsequently launched his own construction company.

With over 20 years in the industry, Sam has completed diverse projects spanning agricultural construction, commercial tenant improvements, and custom residential homes of varying scales.

Sam's approach integrates engineering principles with thoughtful design, ensuring projects perform functionally while reflecting the needs and character of end users. He specializes in construction management across commercial, agricultural, and residential sectors.

At Rexford, Sam's leadership has established the company's reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation, building not just structures, but the trust that brings clients back.

In 2026, Sam completed the Canadian Home Builders' Association's Net Zero Builder Training, adding formal expertise in high-performance, energy-efficient construction. For clients, that means a build partner who understands airtightness, insulation, mechanical systems, and the details that take a home toward net-zero energy use.

"The creativity and craftsmanship involved in shaping functional, enduring spaces, across every type of build, that's what gets me out of bed."
